Sahaja yoga meditation for beginners, 8 weeks course in Oslo

Where & when?
Every Thursday starting on the 4th of April 2024 at Oscars gate 36B in Oslo (Frogner). Each session starts at 19:00 and ends at 20:30.

  • What is meditation, and how to achieve it effortlessly?
  • Where does the identity called “I” come from?
  • Can we enjoy a peaceful state within, in our busy daily life?

In this 8-weeks’ course, you will get answers to all these questions. Most importantly, you will experience the awakening of the Motherly energy within you and the joyful state of thoughtless awareness – spontaneously!

For that, you do not need to pay anything or have any prior experience, but only a pure desire to know the true Self which is full of peace, joy, and love for others.

We look forward to journeying through this inner awakening and transformation with you, every Thursday evening.

The focus of the session is the experience of meditation, thoughtless awareness, and inner peace through guided meditation. We will share knowledge about our subtle system – chakras, channels, and simple Sahaja Yoga techniques to balance ourselves and help us go deeper into our meditation.

Our courses are suitable for everyone of all ages, no physical yoga, no prior knowledge or experience is required.

Our meditation sessions are always completely free of charge.

—- Sahaja Yoga meditation —-

Sahaja Yoga Meditation was developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. Sahaj means “spontaneous” or “born with you” and yoga translates as “union” (with the Divine or all-pervading power). Sahaja Yoga Meditation then translates as “the method of divine union through yoga which everyone is born with”.

Kundalini is a subtle spiritual energy that lies dormant in the sacrum bone at the base of the spine in three-and-a-half coils. Through Sahaja Yoga, the Kundalini energy can be awakened spontaneously and effortlessly. This benevolent, nurturing energy, when awakened, passes upward through the nerve plexuses in the body and comes out of the top of the head at the fontanelle bone area. One can feel this energy as a cool breeze above the head, as well as in the palms of the hands. The gentle awakening of the Kundalini energy and the inner journey of self-discovery is known as Self-realization.

Nybegynnerkurs i meditasjon på torsdager på Frogner i Oslo

Møt opp på Frisklivssentralen i bydel Frogner kl. 19:00-20:30 på torsdager i Oscars gate 36b i Oslo! Oppstart er 4. april 2024.

  • Hva er meditasjon, og hvordan kan man oppnå denne tilstanden uanstrengt?
  • Hvor kommer identiteten “jeg” fra?
  • Kan vi nyte en fredfull tilstand inni oss, i vår travle hverdag?

I dette kurset på 8 uker får du svar på disse spørsmålene. Det viktigste er at du kommer til å oppleve oppvåkningen av Kundalini-energien inni deg som er som en kjærlig mor, og den gledelige tilstanden av tankefri bevissthet – spontant!
For dette trenger du ikke å betale noe som helst eller ha noen erfaring i forkant, bare et rent ønske om å kjenne det sanne Selvet som er fullt av fred, glede og kjærlighet til andre.

FOKUSET i kurset er erfaring gjennom meditasjon, tankefri bevissthet/opplevelse og indre fred. Vi deler kunnskap om vårt subtile system – chakraer, kanaler, og enkle Sahaja Yoga-teknikker for å bringe oss selv i balanse og hjelpe oss til å gå dypere i vår meditasjon.

KURSENE VÅRE ER EGNET FOR ALLE – i alle aldre. Ingen fysisk yoga, kunnskap eller erfaring i forkant er nødvendig. Kursene blir holdt på engelsk.
